Considerations
- Service is free only in the case of a mechanical failure of the vehicle. Any roadside assistance for other reasons (battery charge, collision, door opening, tire change, etc.) will be at the customer’s expense.
- A frequent cause for assistance is battery discharge due to leaving the lights on after parking the vehicle. We recommend checking this each time to avoid delays and unnecessary costs in your itinerary.
- Replacement of damaged units is the responsibility of MITTA and should be coordinated with the counter at the time of opening your contract. The transport of replacement units to the customer's home or location will incur an additional cost.
- Always remember to wear your safety vest, as required by law, whenever you exit the vehicle, whether due to an accident or mechanical failure.
- Tow truck arrival times will depend on the availability and location of your vehicle.
