Claims Declaration

In the case of an incident with partial or minor damages, enter and submit the sworn declaration within 12 hours.

Considerations

In the event of a claim with partial or minor damages, you must submit a sworn declaration, which replaces the police report, within no more than 12 hours. This sworn declaration does not exempt the customer from the obligation to file the corresponding police report in the event of theft (total or partial vehicle theft) and accidents or collisions involving injuries, immediately after the incident occurs.

  • Details of the damaged vehicle.
  • Identity of the renter and driver.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Police report or part from the police in cases of theft, third-party damage, or more serious damages (Total Loss) and whether the person was summoned to court.
  • Information about third parties involved, particularly license plate, name, address, and phone number.
  • Own and third-party damages.
  • A detailed description of the place, time, and circumstances of the accident.
  • The documents that must accompany this declaration are: the original police report or police certificate, a photocopy of the driver’s license or, if not available, a document that replaces it.
