According to Omar, this attitude helped overcome initial resistance, allowing teams to quickly understand the real value of the methodology and embrace the change.
Today, these leaders have not only guided the process but have also become role models, motivating employees to adopt safer behaviors and actively engage in MITTA's safety culture.
