MITTA Celebrates Its Best Employees of the Second Half of 2024
We are celebrating commitment and excellence! A total of 21 employees have been selected for their exceptional dedication, adherence to MITTA values, and outstanding performance across several key indicators. Their commitment to quality, continuous improvement, safety, and responsibility in their daily work sets them apart. As a recognition of their effort, each will receive a Gift Card.
Here are the impressions of three of them:
Benjamín Troncoso, a mechanic from Iquique, shared his excitement upon receiving this recognition: “I feel very honored to receive this recognition, and I deeply thank the work team that has supported me. This motivates me to continue improving and achieve new goals.”
Carmen Araque, an employee from Calama, expressed her feelings: “It was an immense pleasure, first with God and then with the company, especially the supervisors in Calama who approved me for this meaningful recognition, as I am so far from my family.”
