Commitment to Safety: MITTA is Awarded by Anglo American at El Soldado Mine
As part of Global Safety Day, one of the most important events organized by Anglo American with its collaborators and suppliers, MITTA received a special recognition. Bastián Aguilera, a mechanic from the El Soldado mine team, was highlighted for his commitment to safety in this important mining operation, representing our company.
Gonzalo Sobarzo, Leasing Manager at MITTA Santiago, stated, “We are proud to be recognized by our client. This award motivates us to continue strengthening our safety efforts, thus building trust with both our collaborators and clients.”
The ceremony, held on October 23, was attended by Paulina Jaramillo, General Manager of El Soldado Operations, where the award was presented to Bastián Aguilera and MITTA, recognizing our commitment to the values of Anglo American and our outstanding management in Safety, Occupational Health, and the Environment.
