MITTA, a vehicle rental company, operational fleet leasing, and other mobility services, through its Senior Management, is committed to putting its best efforts into continuously improving the performance and effectiveness of its management system. This commitment aligns with the company’s strategy, consistent with our culture and values, through the following pledges:

  • Customer Satisfaction: To meet the requirements and expectations of our customers to ensure improved satisfaction with our services, which are carried out by competent personnel through controlled processes.

  • Compliance with Legislation: To comply with the applicable laws related to our activities and any other commitment voluntarily assumed by the company, derived from the requirements and expectations of our stakeholders.

  • Environmental Protection: To protect the environment, including the prevention of pollution, through control of activities that could impact it, optimizing the efficient use of resources.
