Validate Coupons

1.- From what date can I use my discount coupon?

Cybermonday discount coupons can be applied from October 04, 2021 to October 31, 2022  and are applied to the total value of the lease. To make the discount effective, you only have to enter the coupon number in the corresponding field if you make your reservation via the Web or indicate the number to the operator in case of calling our reservation center. Remember that you can buy all the coupons you want, but only one can be used per rental. They can be transferred to a relative, friend or third party, always indicating the name and Ruth of the buyer.

2.- What is the return period in case of desisting from the purchase of the coupon?

The term is 10 consecutive days from the moment of purchase and to obtain your return you must contact Customer Service servicioalcliente@mitta.cl or on the phone 800370111. Keep in mind that there is no refund for partial amounts not used as a result of not having completed the contracted rental days.

 

3.- Does the coupon exempt me from leaving a guarantee before the rental?

The acquisition of a discount coupon does not exempt the client from this requirement. At the time of presenting to pick up the vehicle, an amount must be guaranteed on your credit card minimum of $ 450.000 or higher depending on the total value of the rental and the category of the vehicle. Trucks, minivans and SUVs require a minimum guarantee of $ 700.000.- or higher as applicable. For rentals in Coyhaique and Punta Arenas, a minimum quota of 20 UF + VAT will be requested. Remember that only credit cards are accepted as collateral.

 

4.- Do coupon rentals include any type of collision coverage?

The leases include CDW collision coverage that is applied in the event of claims resulting from damage to the leased vehicle and third parties. There are only deductibles for leases in the XI and XII regions.
