Our sources for the collection of personal data include websites managed by the company or by third parties, through which you can make rental reservations with the company or its dealers, phone calls to our reservation and assistance centers, forms of enrollment in the MITTA programs for leasing of vehicles and similar vehicles. Likewise, we collect and confirm personal data about our customers through other companies with which we maintain commercial relationships or by going to public entities, specialized companies or credit bureaus, for which we are expressly authorized. Any information obtained from these entities will be treated confidentially by the company.

The sensitive data of the clients, indicated in the article 2 letter g) of the Law N ° 19.628 on Protection of the Private Life are not object of treatment. Without prejudice to this, and as established by the regulations, information regarding your health will be requested for the provision of the service. The company does not disclose sensitive data to subsidiaries or business partners, except in cases authorized by regulations.
